  • Abrasive-proof to work with Carbon and Glass fiber composite materials;
  • Higher melt capacity by increasing the surface area of the heating walls
  • Flow Rate gains between 25 and 65%
  • Competitive price/performance price
  • Machined with ultra-precision
  • Copper body and Hardened Vanadium Steel inserts nozzle with Nickel coated surface
  • Follows nozzle standards:
    • RepRap (M6×1×7.5×12.5)
    • MK8 (M6×1×5×13)
  • May be used with 1.75 or 2.85mm hotends.

Flow Rate gains may vary. Results depend on the hardware, materials and print settings used.

Advantages of the Bondtech CHT® technology:

Bondtech CHT® nozzles split the filament into 3 thinner strands allowing to melt the material from within. In doing so, the material melts faster and higher flow rates can be used.

Core Heating is a patented technology

Registration number: EP3445568A1
Nozzles for 3D printers made of metal with at least one or a multitude of holes to increase the surface area of the heating walls.

Advantages of the Nickel Coating

A Nickel coating is applied to our Coated Brass nozzles to provide protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion. Nickel coated nozzles have more corrosion resistance and lower coefficient of friction, which allows slicker feeding of material and delays plastic adhesion to the nozzle's surface.

Keenovo Silicone Heatmat, 290 x 290mm, 230 V/AC, 400 W
Keenovo Silicone Heatmat, 290 x 290mm, 230 V/AC, 400 W
The silicone heatmats were custom designed by Fermio Labs and made to spec by Keenovo. All heaters are optimized for our build plates shapes and hole positions. They allow even heating almost all the way to the edges of the build plate. The power is adjusted to allow running them at 100 % power without risking damage to the build plate instead of the 50% to 80% PWM limit recommended for the heaters listed on the BOM. The standard DIN466 thumb nuts used in all Voron printers used as spacers (VORON2) or levelling nuts (Trident, VORON0 and VORON1) can be used as guides to align the heater. For added safety all heaters come with a self resetting bi-metal 150C thermostat. This turns off the heater if temperatures reaches 150 C due to technical failure of your electronics (only meant as a safety feature, not for temperature regulation). Thermistor used is a NTC 100K thermistor (Beta 25/50 3950K-1%, click here for the R-T datasheet) Choose type 11 or 13 in Marlin firmware. Use "Generic 3950" in Klipper. Fermio MGN12H, 350 mm, GCr15 (black)
Fermio MGN12H, 350 mm, GCr15 (black)
Fermio Labs miniature linear guideway; single rail cut to length with a single long block. Highest preload (Z1) and normal (N) precision guarantees a stiff / play-free and binding-free motion. Unlike most of the linear guideways produced in China, our blocks feature a functional injection hole / grease port for lubrication which is compatible with our lubrication kit. Warranty The blocks and rails are non-interchangeable - keep the blocks on the rails! A violation does expire warranty effectively. Cleaning We strongly recommend to clean the rails before lubrication. Put a zip tie through the very last holes to ensure the block can not escape the rail. Fill a glass with some grease solvent and soak the blocks for at least an hour. Rinse the blocks and wipe the rail from any residue grease with a lint-free cloth. Lubrication We recommend to lubricate the ball races and bearing balls with grease, and cover the entire rail itself in a thin coat of grease to prevent oxidation. Recommended lubricants (in no particular order): CPC Lubrication Kit 18G Fuchs Planto Multispray S Fuchs Lagermeister BF2 Mobilux EP 1 or EP 2 HIWIN G05 Note: lubricants containing MoS2 or graphite must not be used.
