The silicone heatmats were custom designed by Fermio Labs and made to spec by Keenovo. All heaters are optimized for our build plates shapes and hole positions. They allow even heating almost all the way to the edges of the build plate. The power is adjusted to allow running them at 100 % power without risking damage to the build plate instead of the 50% to 80% PWM limit recommended for the heaters listed on the BOM. The standard DIN466 thumb nuts used in all Voron printers used as spacers (VORON2) or levelling nuts (Trident, VORON0 and VORON1) can be used as guides to align the heater. For added safety all heaters come with a self resetting bi-metal 150C thermostat. This turns off the heater if temperatures reaches 150 C due to technical failure of your electronics (only meant as a safety feature, not for temperature regulation). Thermistor used is a NTC 100K thermistor (Beta 25/50 3950K-1%, click here for the R-T datasheet) Choose type 11 or 13 in Marlin firmware. Use "Generic 3950" in Klipper. Extrusions are a custom production by an ODM. All aluminium extrusions are sand-blasted and anodized after machining to provide a clean and matte look; every end is tapped with a M3x0.5 6H x 10 mm thread; T-slot nut width is 3 mm and compatible with our MakerBeam T-slot nuts. Frame VORON0 V0.2 frame extrusions (V0.1 backward compatible). Top Hat VORON0 V0.2 top hat extrusions (100 mm height). Flexible springsteel sheet made from C85 alloy. Perfect to release your printed parts easily after printing. Simply bend the sheet by some degree and your printed parts pop right off your print surface. Note For improved longetivity, bend and release printed parts after letting both, the printed parts and the springsteel sheet, cool down to room temperature. Note The sheets are oiled to protect them from rust. Please clean the sheets before use! Note VORON0 (125 x 125 mm), Prusa Mini & Prusa MK52 do not have a Voron logo!
