Fermio Labs miniature linear guideway; single rail cut to length with a single long block. Highest preload (Z1) and normal (N) precision guarantees a stiff / play-free and binding-free motion. Unlike most of the linear guideways produced in China, our blocks feature a functional injection hole / grease port for lubrication which is compatible with our lubrication kit. Warranty The blocks and rails are non-interchangeable - keep the blocks on the rails! A violation does expire warranty effectively. Cleaning We strongly recommend to clean the rails before lubrication. Put a zip tie through the very last holes to ensure the block can not escape the rail. Fill a glass with some grease solvent and soak the blocks for at least an hour. Rinse the blocks and wipe the rail from any residue grease with a lint-free cloth. Lubrication We recommend to lubricate the ball races and bearing balls with grease, and cover the entire rail itself in a thin coat of grease to prevent oxidation. VORON0 V0.2 frame kit (V0.1 backward compatible), custom production by ODM. All aluminium extrusions are sand-blasted and anodized after machining to provide a clean and matte look; every end is tapped with a M3x0.5 6H x 10 mm thread; T-slot nut width is 3 mm and compatible with our MakerBeam T-slot nuts. ABS is a real expert in durability. Prints made using this filament are characterized by their hardness and high impact resistance. They are also resistant to high temperatures and abrasion. Das ABS-Filament von Nobufil wird aus recycelten Kunststoffen hergestellt. Dabei handelt es sich um Produktionsabfälle, die bei der industriellen Verarbeitung anfallen. Durch spezielle Modifikation neigt dieses Material im Gegensatz zu Filamenten aus herkömmlichen ABS zu deutlich weniger Warping und weist eine reduzierte Geruchsbildung auf. Dadurch ist auch eine Verarbeitung auf Druckern mit offenem Bauraum möglich. Die physikalischen Eigenschaften von Nobufil ABSx umfassen eine hohe Zugfestigkeit und Steifheit. Außerdem weist es eine gute Wärme- und Chemikalienbeständigkeit auf. Gedruckte Teile können anschließend einfach nachbearbeitet werden. Dadurch eignet sich dieses Material besonders für die Herstellung von Prototypen, Modellen und Kleinserien von technischen Teilen.
